Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Each item is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
UK Shipping
- We offer fully tracked and insured shipping primarily via Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery or other reputable courier services. Services we use will depend on size and value of your parcel.
- Delivery usually takes 1 working day once dispatched (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- A signature on most purchases will be required on delivery for added security.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide using tracked and insured courier services such as DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International.
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on location, typically between 5–15 working days.
- Please note: international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel’s journey at any time using the courier’s online tracking service.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged, and where possible, include original boxes, dust bags, or proof of purchase (if stated in the listing).
Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will support you in filing a claim with the courier. Please allow up to 21 days for the process to complete. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or postal disruptions beyond our control.
