At The Designer Finds, we offer carefully sourced, authentic designer items — many of which are priced at 60% or more off their original RRP. Due to the nature of our discounted luxury offerings, we have a clear return policy in place to ensure fairness to both our clients and our business.
Final Sale Items
Items marked clearly in red as “Final Sale” are non-returnable and not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances. Please read item listings carefully before purchasing.
Returnable Items
Items not marked as Final Sale may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, you must notify us of your intention to return the item within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us via email or WhatsApp.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
- Original postage costs are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, using a tracked and insured service.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be sent back in the exact condition they were received — unworn, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
If tags have been removed, or if the item shows signs of wear, handling, or use, we reserve the right to deduct a partial amount from your refund or to decline the return entirely.
