All items are described accurately to the best of our ability, including condition, size, and pricing. Please read listings carefully before purchasing. Stock levels may change without notice, and we reserve the right to cancel or decline any order if an item becomes unavailable or is priced in error.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may include fees related to card processing and postage. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. Bank transfer discounts may apply — see item listings for details. Orders are not confirmed until full payment is received.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Our Refund & Returns Policy can be viewed in full here. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Returnable items must be requested for return within 48 hours of delivery and sent back within 14 days. Restocking fees and return postage apply.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of cleared payment. All deliveries are fully tracked and require a signature. International delivery times vary by location. Customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Authenticity

All items sold by The Designer Finds are guaranteed authentic. Items are either purchased directly by us from official designer outlets or trusted sources. If you have questions about authenticity, please contact us prior to purchase.

7. Intellectual Property & Image Use

All photographs, product descriptions, and written content on this site are the exclusive property of The Designer Finds. This includes all images taken and styled by us for product listings or promotional use.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, copying, or sharing of any content or imagery from this website, social media, or WhatsApp is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken against any unauthorised commercial use or intellectual property infringement.
